Es un nuevo modelo de nueva ciudad, en la que observamos una gran densidad, entorno a los 77 000 habitantes, será una ciudad autosuficiente en cuanto a servicios. 200 000 m2 destianados a la vivienda. 200 000 m2 entre cultura, comercio minorista, el ocio y la educación. Y 200 000 m2 para aparcamientos. Se trata de unas grandes colinas.
